A New Challenge in Brake Discs for Four-Wheeled Vehicles

CALIPER

Calipers manufactured by the Italian brake manufacturer "brembo", widely recognized among car and motorcycle enthusiasts. For motorcycles by Japanese manufacturers equipped with brembo calipers, units assembled in our in-house clean room are used. Each product undergoes rigorous pressure leak testing, ensuring reliable braking performance for some of the most renowned motorcycles.

MASTER CYLINDER

This product can be described as the command center of the braking system, generating hydraulic pressure when the lever is pulled to control vehicle deceleration. As a delicate component that may fail due to scratches or contamination, it is manufactured through multiple inspection processes from machining to assembly. For motorcycles, which lack seat belts, this product plays a critical role in protecting human life. Leveraging our ability to mass-produce such high-precision components, we offer solutions to challenges related to master cylinders.
